Only 15 min from the center of Zagreb is a house surrounded with green in which You can treat Yourself to moments of peace and relaxation. In a peaceful environment, while listening to birds singing and enjoying a light breeze coming from the slopes of the Sljeme mountain, and at a more than reasonable price, You can take a break from everyday stress.

Our rooms are situated in a newly-built house; each has its own bathroom, a TV..., they are airy and have plenty of light. We would particularly like to emphasise that the hygiene in room maintenance, as well as discretion, are at the highest level at our establishment. We have ensured parking spaces.

In our apartment's you can use kitchen.

At Your request You may use a hair-dryer, a massage bath-tub or a playground for Your children.

At a very small distance from our house there is a tennis centre SAN SPIN, which is open the whole year round. Close by, there is also a newly-opened gym with a fittnes hall, indoor soccer and many other activities.

In case You do not arrive by car, just outside the house is a bus station, connecting You with the city throughout the day.

We are also close to the Dotršcina park, the Dubrava hospital (which is 5 min away). 10 min away is the Zagreb ZOO, which we kindly recommend. About 2 miles away is The Jadran Film and Croatia Records.
